Any fans here of this Pennsylvanian bunch? They've released two albums to date of dark, powerful and energetic riff-driven Metal. Really, really excellent stuff.

If you enjoy Lizzy, Maiden, Solitude Aeturnus, Candlemass or Slough Feg you will love Argus.

They say that there's a broken light for every heart on Broadway.
They say that life's a game, then they take the board away.
They give you masks and costumes and an outline of the story
Then leave you all to improvise their vicious cabaret...

Still the goddamn Batman.

Argus is awesome, besides they've got one of my favorite vocalists, former Penance singer Butch Balich, highly recommended...i'd add that they kinda sound like Trouble at their best moments.

They'll be in Ireland this September for Dublin Doom Days (also featuring Urfaust, Solstice, The Wounded Kings, Revelation, Pantheist and more... https://www.facebook.com/events/351717778186718/ ) and are organising some more European dates for around that time. if you have a chance to see them, don't miss it.
