Well, predicting BG would play next year wasn't a hard prediction to make..

To be entirely truthful, in the cases of Megadeth and Indica it's more wishful thinking than a guess, but still... I wouldn't mind if it became true.

indica isn't that unlikely
one out of dimmu and COB is "definitely" gonna be there, i'd say
so does one out of sonata and hammerfall

The thing that could stand in the way of Indica is the fact that they're not metal. Then again, Tarja Turunen isn't exactly circle-pit material either.

And I just found the best recipe against post-Wacken sickness (you know, stomach all upset from eating green food again): making home-made knobibrotchen. Works like a charm!

Who knows, if I run out of garlic, I mights make some pancakes with cheese.

I drank some tea with honey to try to get my voice back. No result so far. So if it's not back tomorrow, I'll drink bier again. And eat some more crap with garlic and spices. Perhaps I'll make a riesenspies, or something.

Yeah it will be my 2nd Wacken. Though this time I hope to not get lost and never meet up with my friends. I plan on putting a leash on my friend Lia so I won't lose her

2008. I went there specifically to see Iron Maiden & Avantasia.

I was supposed to meet up with two friends who had the tent and air mattress. Instead I was stranded with just a sleeping bag.

Thankfully some nice guys in the BG forum camp that year let me sleep under their tent for the duration of the festival :)

Mine's 2000. But the whole festival was a lot smaller back then... Only a third of what it is right now. Still, much of the atmosphere came back in the past two years. From 2007-2008 the festival wasn't really that great, but from 2009 it picked up again.

Oh, and the X-mass tickets are sold out again.

The exact opposite way for me. Airbourne are awesome, and I'd love to see them live. Even more incentive to invest my tax return for a Wacken trip. :)
