Barack Hussein Obama

#1 Post by West Virginia Mule » 24 Jun 2009 21:38

I had always been about nothing larger than myself. The self-contained existence was as much as I could or, in fact, wanted to handle and the residue remaining—the shreds left over for the outside world—were not enough to matter. It could have remained so indefinitely, but it hasn’t turned out that way. An awakening has occurred. Maybe it takes an event of a certain caliber or a person of a certain influence—perhaps an unlikely convergence of events and circumstances—to bring about such an awakening, or maybe it was just always meant to be. I have been on the bench for 40 years and, as unlikely as it seems even to me, I’m getting pulled into the game. I may stumbling out of the gate and firing shots wildly, but I’m not sitting this out any longer. This is my life, and this is my fight. I still believe that one person does not make a difference, but at the same time I have to be a part of this, even if it’s futile and destined for a bitter end. I will go to the mat against this with God and guns at my side.

The Messiah, The 44th president of these United States, has drawn the battle lines and, in so doing, has opened my eyes and forced me to find and acknowledge who I am—who I am now. I didn’t know it was going to be this way going in, most likely because I was still in my otherworldly shell, my cocoon of abstentionism and apathy. Hey, the world rolls along just fine without me, right? But I’m faced with something I’d never dreamed of: extinction. And I’ve discovered something inside I didn’t know lived and breathed: belief. We’re getting backed into a corner at gunpoint. This man, this Messiah, I had hoped to be everything people dreamed him to be. Why not? What better time for a savior? But I didn’t know it was going to be about this, about taking my life away from me, about taking our future away from us, about diminishing or outright destroying our country, our home. The Messiah has made inconceivable, almost surreal strides at erasing 230+ years of American freedom in just four months. In what alternative reality do the citizens of the United States allow the government to seize control of the private sector with nary a voice raised in protest, forfeit their personal freedoms and pursuits and allow Washington, D.C., to dictate the terms of their existence? We’re watching a Twilight Zone DVD, right?

This government exists because we, we the fucking people, allow it to exist. The Messiah and his raging Left army want to topple that core concept. Meanwhile, many of the nation of the Great Unwashed have no memory and no understanding of who we are. Or they simply don’t care. Well, let’s whittle it down to the most basic terms. The government belongs to us; we do not belong to them. It is no president’s job to change the foundation and structure of the nation. They are stewards, transient pilots, and they have no right to tear down centuries of history and rebuild it in their own image. And if someone ascends to the throne who aspires to do just that, the people must rise up and stop him. I now add my voice to the growing chorus of defiance. It is not merely our right to object and rebel against an unjust government, but our duty as Americans.

The Messiah and the Left are full of anger and hatred of America and it is their obvious intent to “reform” and express regret for two centuries of perceived misdeeds, to atone for the shame that is the United States of America. The Messiah revels in shoe-licking speeches on foreign soil, apologizing for the Unites States with each calculated breath, demeaning the country to an antagonistic audience thirsty for what he’s selling. Instead of reinforcing what is great about the nation, he instead reinforces what other nations consider the worst aspects. But his “out” is that hey, now that The Messiah’s here, things will be different! He can save the world with a speech. That’s our leader, crawling on his knees, kissing the ass of the world, in some cases shaking hands with the most sub-human masses of living tissue ever to lead a people. He’s embarrassing, his inexplicably naïve strategy of fake smiles and hollow dialogue has been entirely ineffective with allies and enemies alike, and he’s done little but make the United States look weak in the eyes of the world’s most vicious circles. And the world loves it. How could they not? A diminished or defeated America is a dream realized to full potential for most of our allies and adversaries, and The Messiah revels in characterizing us as dark villains. But we are not villains and we have nothing to apologize for. Nothing. But now, of course, now that The Messiah has arisen, things will be different. A new age of reason and enlightenment. And so far it’s working well. The Taliban is now our chummy good buddy. North Korea and Iran have backed down on their nuclear weapon programs. Hugo Chavez is waving the American flag and giving the big thumbs up to the good ol’ U.S.A. Our European allies are giving so much more aid in the War on Terror than they did to Bush. Yeah, that’s all working out great, isn’t it? Yeah.

And let’s not forget Club Gitmo and the waterboard amusement park rides. Because hey, when the apocalypse comes, we know we’ll be able to reason with the suicide bombers in civilized, liberal, enlightened voices. Because the vile, sub-human Al-Qaeda animals deserve every right that a U.S. citizen does, that any human does. Read the fuckers Miranda rights. Sure. Because while Al-Qaeda may be lopping off heads and whooping it up, we stand on the moral high ground—even if does cost us thousands or hundreds of thousands of American lives, even if it means the end of our world. At least we’ll know we were morally in the right when our smoldering corpses are being strung up for Islamic festivities by our terrorist buds. Let me tell you something, these sub-human things are killers—born and bred to inflict mass murder on as grand a scale as possible—and as far as I’m concerned they’re lucky we don’t just line the motherfuckers up and shoot them in the head. Yeah, I agree we should close Club Gitmo, but I don’t think we should have to spend a billion bucks moving their murderous asses somewhere. Extract what intelligence you can, line ‘em up and then dump their despicable husks into the ocean. Do we really think Al-Qaeda will have problems recruiting American-haters if we give ‘em Plasma TVs and a Pizza Hut in Club Gitmo? Or if we close it and move the animals into mainland U.S. Prisons? Please. Puh-fucking-lease. They’re laughing at us, and they know the Messiah is making us weaker and more vulnerable by the day. The great inferno that will engulf America will be the product of airhead liberals who wanted to stroke their own imagined superiority and elitism by feigning the premise of morality.

The Messiah wants us to pay more and higher taxes to implement this mad “redistribute the wealth” theory. You know, that money you make, that wage you earn, that blood you bleed working every day of your life? Yeah, that? You need to hand it over to that marijuana-smoking minority family across town who doesn’t feel like working or learning the English language and have—yay!—somewhere in the neighborhood of twelve snarling, monster offspring to somehow keep breathing. In The Messiah’s New America, it’s suddenly morally reprehensible to keep the money you earn when there are others out there who have less than you. You, the worker, need to give up what you have and what you aspire to, reach down and pull others up, live for others and not for yourself. The old way lies capitalism; the old way lies evil. Pay crippling taxes from our wages so we can support socialized national healthcare and millions of illegal immigrants and their families and, of course, the legal U.S. citizens who just don’t feel like working. And really, why work at all when the government—by way of crippling taxation on others—will nurse you through life anyway? We’ll pay for the housing, food, transportation, healthcare and education of everyone else. Hell, even entertainment. The Messiah tells the graduating college classes that to strive for personal success and wealth is the Old America, and in the New America—the Messiah’s America—we need to live for others and not for ourselves. Give back. Give back. Sacrifice. I wonder if The Messiah came to that conclusion before or after he made his millions? Well, we don’t need to consider that. He’s The Messiah, after all, and when he speaks we obey. Nonetheless, we all must agree it’s encouraging to see the savior of America informing college graduates that to succeed is amoral and greedy, and that they should aspire to be humble servants of the government. And if 42% of college graduates are taking anti-depression medication already, well, there’s nothing worth noting in that.

The Messiah says Americans want more and higher taxes. Yes, yes of course we do. By the same token, we’re also in love with the idea of the government seizing control of the private sector and running everything—banks, credit cards, the auto industry, healthcare, you name it. Of course. We, we the people, cannot be trusted to think for ourselves. The government knows what’s best for us and, thusly, they will dictate the terms of our existence as Americans to us. Making your own decisions and taking care of yourself is the Old America. Freedom—that pivotal, epochal word that has been used and abused to such an extent that its true meaning is now fractured and obscure—is the Old America. Why do anything for ourselves when the holy hand of The Messiah’s government will take care of everything for you? Freedom is an antiquated concept. The New America is about sacrifice and sharing—that redistribution of wealth, one of the most ominous, terrifying terms I've ever heard—not about old standbys such as life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It’s about The Messiah telling us what to think, what to eat, where to work, what to drive, what healthcare we get and when we get it, how much wealth we’re permitted and how much we must sacrifice, when to live—how to live—and when to die. It’s about total control of a nation’s minds and bodies from Sauron’s throne and all-seeing eye in the dark, pulsating heart of Washington, D.C.

The Messiah pushes the word “reform” at us, as if there’s something wrong that needs fixed, needs his concept of reforming. For example, this so-called immigration reform? Hah. What exactly are we reforming about it? What he’s calling “reform” is merely a euphemism for hey, let’s throw open the front gates and let everyone be Americans! It will exemplify our progressiveness and diversity and the wicked truth is that to deny anyone American citizenship is to be a conservative racist. The Messiah’s not “reforming” anything here. Rather, he’s eliminating something—and that something is any obstacle that stands in the way of illegal aliens flooding into our cities and towns, weighing down an already listing ship and diluting the culture with government leeching, violent crime, inexplicable righteousness and a refusal to learn the language. There is nothing wrong with American immigration policy. Legal immigration is a cornerstone of who we are and no one’s suggestioning that change. But now we’re supposed to feel obligated to offer these illegitimate inhabitants, these filthy squatters, these blatant criminals a path to U.S. citizenship? As if we’re rewarding them for successfully breaking our laws? And not only that, but permit them to truck in their families and extended families as well? I guess it’s in for a penny, in for a pound, right guys? We’re taking on water and The Messiah is punching more and more holes in the hull. But it’ll all be okay, because working America—doing the jobs big government has decreed they do since freedom of choice will have been abolished—will just have to pay more and higher taxes to bestow upon these resident criminals free healthcare, free food and shelter and free education. Why not a couple of free electric cars, too? Sure. Excellent.

And while we’re at it, it’s certainly not fair to ask these illicit foreign invaders to learn English to facilitate communication with the natives—not fair, in fact, to expect them to acknowledge American culture in any way. Just because they want to live in America doesn’t mean they want to be American. To expect them to learn English would be yet another case of inhumane treatment and blatant, brutal racism. To make their transition from border-jumping refuse to crack-smoking freeloading faux U.S. citizen, it is our moral responsibility to change the American language to Spanish to better accommodate them and to ease our troubled souls. We’ll change to accommodate them. It’s just not right to deny anyone in the world American citizenship. That’s the old way of thinking, the conservative, racist way. Can’t have that. We’ll take to the streets and demand that every fucking sub-human piece of shit on the planet get’s a gold key to the country. To deny that is to be a nogoodmotherfuckingcoservativeredneckreacist! The enlightened, the progressive way of thinking, is to abandon such antediluvian concepts as real American sovereignty. Rather, we answer to any raucous group with an agenda who can muster enough warm, slogan-chanting bodies to block a street and cleave to a barrage of sadistic signage.

And speaking of reform, we also have The Messiah’s healthcare reform? Once again, “reform” is merely a euphemism for saying The Messiah is going to nationalize—socialize—healthcare so all the fucking dead weight and their spawn in this country can go to the doctor. And oh, you people out there working and already possessing healthcare, why you’ll just have to pay some more and some more so we can take care of the millions of criminal immigrants, do-nothing minorities and lethargic white trash who’d really rather just wallow in their derelict homes, burn marijuana, ruin neighborhoods and the concept of family values than get a job and become something other than a worthless drain on national resources. But then, I guess the quality of healthcare is going to go south as well, as is the nature of the beast when the Big Gov runs the show, when you cap the doctors’ pay. Many—if not most—of the best and brightest in the medical field are like anyone else in pursuing personal wealth and achievements. And in so doing, they become the best they can be which, in turn, benefits all the rest of us. But take away that incentive and, for many of them, you take away all incentive. So The Messiah will provide healthcare to every beating heart within our national borders, and he will do it at great expense to the working class who don’t need his help, and the end result will be inferior, mediocre healthcare that costs more. This is, to be sure, is a “reform” of something gone astray, a change we can all believe in.

Bama says we need to be world leaders by example, and his stated example is that we cannot continue to eat the food we want, drive SUVs or heat/air condition our homes when other parts of the world don't have this ability. So we must sacrifice our way of life to set an example for the rest of the world. Uh...huh. Right. You know, there's a reason why we have those things and other people don't. But that's okay, because Bama's gonna make it all better, he's gonna diminish us, humble us, make us crawl on our hands and knees until the world loves us, until he has shattered and smashed every square inch of what makes America what it has always been. And me, my life, is dead center in the crosshairs. Bama is an angry man, an America-hating racist with a violent, blitzing agenda, an untouchable cult figure (even people who don't like his policies, they seem to still like him) with an opposition largely afraid to actually oppose him. Traditional, conservative America—White America, if you will—has become something to be ashamed of, to be shunned, to be burned to the ground and forgotten.

Bama says this too: "Everybody's going to have to give, everybody's going to have to have some skin in the game."

I guess it's our skin we're giving to him that paid for his $24K New York "date night" with his wife. Gawd, but I do hope it was a magical evening for them. And I guess we skinned ourselves some more to pay for his $328K Air Force One pictorial? Oh, how he must've laughed at all the little Americans scattering hither and yon thinking another 9/11 was upon them. And the $120K round trip cost for him to make a single speech in Iowa...on Earth Day? The obvious conclusion is that while we, we the people, are expected to sacrifice, give some skin, give up our lives for him, The Messiah and his ain't gonna sacrifice one fucking bit. This is their time to burn. The devil has ascended and everything is going to burn. It's payback time. Yeah, we're ready to give up everything for you, Mr. President. We want to lead the world by humbling example. Them Europeans and Middle Easterners will love us when we're eating sautéed roaches and piddling around in Trabants and Ladas, dying in our greenhouse homes from heat exhaustion and giving all our wages to criminal squatter residents and people who don’t feel like working—when we're redistributing the wealth, giving it back to the “rightful owners” you spoke of (as if the people working and earning wealth are not the “rightful owners” of that wealth), living a lesser life because hey, we've been the land of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for far too long. Now it's time to grovel.

Time after time, Obama goes out on the apology tour. Middle East, Europe, whatever. I’m sorry. I'm so sorry. I apologize for the United States. For everything. I'm ashamed. Our Constitution is a mistake, a list of negative rights that do nothing for the people, our country is a mistake. Everything we’ve ever done, it's all been so wrong, so reprehensible. How can we every make this right? Now that I'm here, I can change 230 years of mistakes. We've erred. We've gone astray. But now I'm here and we're on the right path. And once again I say, I'm sorry, so very sorry, for all that the United States has done and been in the past two centuries. No wonder the world loves him. He's a walking apology, and he hates America as much as they do.

Fuck him. That's not my America he's representing.

The Messiah is a black man and, because of that skin color, his raging liberal army makes us unable to criticize any tyrannical commandment he sends down from the mountain. In this day and age in the United Sates, a white American cannot utter the least critical breath about a minority person without being labeled a racist. So the Messiah gets free reign with an all purpose shield. You don’t like the double-step march towards socialism? Nonsense! You’re just a redneck racist! So what are we left with? Hold our tongues and our guns and watch this demigod destroy our lives, our history and our future because to oppose him is akin to inflicting racism against that 12% black minority in the United States? Well, fuck that. I don’t give a goodgoddamn if my president is black, white, brown, tan, red, yellow, green or plaid—man, woman or beast—the right person for the job is the right person for the job. Or the wrong one. I will not fall into the trap of convenient racism or buy into the false premise that reverse-racism by blacks and Hispanics is not possible because minorities are incapable or racism, nor will I acknowledge that colorful, all-purpose sword and shield of race bias The Messiah’s supporters use to crush opposition at every available opportunity. If I have to shoulder the false accusation that I am a racist to fight this battle, then so be it.

We’ve gotten to the point where we’re supposed to be ashamed of being white. How did we get to the pot where a 15% Hispanic population and a 12% black population have rendered the white population an atrocity? What’s it going to be like in a couple of decades when the whole country is minority-majority? A Utopian lake of unified, harmonious diversity? Nice dream, but that ain’t the way humans are wired. White America is going take it hard by the now-minorities, is going to get burned to the ground and swept away. And yeah, that’s my life and my children’s’ lives we’re talking about. We’re going down because we’re holding an even population while the Hispanics and blacks are skyrocketing with ten baby families and floods of illegals. And this flood of illegals, where are they coming room? Mexico? Cuba? Yeah, real world leaders there. And they’re the ones going to be running the United States in 30-40 years? Or less? Say hello to a third-world America. Of course these now-minorities want The Messiah’s socialism. They want to be taken care of by a big government hand. They don’t understand what it has always been to be American. They don’t understand America. They are not Americans. They do not believe in the core concepts of liberty and God that made this country what it is and have no idea how to maintain it. They will pull us down to their level.

The Messiah is a racist, an angry, powerful, intelligent, vengeful racist. His selection of another blatant racist in the appointment of Sotomayor is one more step down the road to hell. The racism you will see from blacks and Hispanics towards white America will eclipse anything white America has historically been guilty of. He’s got the gun to our head and he’s not hesitating one bit to pull the trigger. The Messiah labors under the belief that America is an inherently evil country and that we must atone for centuries of shameful existence. Liberal white America is jumping ship, saying yeah, yeah, that’s right, we suck, let’s go get us. Conservatives are falling into the trap that they must feel disgrace about themselves, that they cannot escape the false premise that to be conservative is be racist and sexist. Liberals are poisoning the very fabric of my country, the very essence of what it has always been, and we’re nearly powerless to stop it.

You may hate me and The Real America, Conservative America, and this hostile invasion may tickle you pink, but would you fight for your own life if so threatened? If you believed in something to be very core of your existence and yet knew that is a losing battle to maintain it, would you not still stand for what you believe, make your stand until the bitter and bloody end?

The push for quasi-socialism is not an American value, the federalization of the private sector and the resultant eradication of personal liberties. Not. American. Values. But minorities and liberal politicians are pushing for them to become so, aren’t they? In fact, the things that we—we the great unwashed in middle America—hold to be our "apple pie, baseball and Chevrolet" American values are the very things that Bama seems to want to take control of and eliminate, as he's alluded to time and again with his "Americans can’t drive what they want, eat what they want, heat their houses how they want anymore" and "everyone's gonna have to sacrifice" speeches. Bama himself said he thinks the Constitution "is a charter of negative liberties. (It) says what the states can’t do to you. Says what the federal government can’t do to you, but doesn’t say what the federal government or state government must do on your behalf."

We’ve elected a president who doesn’t believe in our own Constitution.

For the conservative white middle American, self-reliance and the personal freedom to live as you please are still the cornerstones of what is it to be American. To these people, the idea of the federal government seizing control of the private sector and dictating terms of living to them is unthinkable, just as relying of the government now for things like unemployment is a last resort, a matter of pride. Self reliance and pride, taking care of yourself, providing for yourself. These are the beliefs. Bama wants to say hey, you want to continue taking of yourself, fine and dandy! But remember, you're gonna have to sacrifice and "give some skin" for those who'd rather not so we can spoon feed them, even the playing field, redistribute your wealth.

I work in a small oil refinery. I have worked there since 1997, and the salary I make enables us—a nuclear family of four—to squeeze by in a lower middle-class life. In West Virginia, there were no jobs before the recession. Certainly, there are no fucking jobs now. It’s not like there are opportunities out there. There is nothing. Only the lucky few are swimming above the poverty level. The Almighty Messiah will soon take the ability to self-support away from me. He will bury us in a matter of weeks with the Waxman-Markey Global Warming Bill, Cap and Trade, for we all know oil is the nectar of Satan. We're gonna power America on windmills and solar panels and mice on treadmills. Meanwhile, Bammy says it's cool for Iran to have nuclear power (oh, and nuclear missiles too, “no one country” has the right to tell ‘em they can’t have big bombs full of radiation love). Because they need it. Because they ain’t squatting on enough oil in Iran. But I digress. Back home, we need heavy taxation, criminal taxation, on carbon dioxide emissions. We need to tax every breath we exhale. Destroying American jobs and lives and levying crippling taxation against the people is the change we were to believe in. With his proposed environmental policies, with the Waxman-Markey Cap and Trade devastation destroying 1.1 million jobs (including mine), Obama will eliminate most of the American oil industry as it is today. And for what? For fucking what? For a 0.1 degree cooling of the earth by 2100, that’s what. No, not really. It’s just to line his pockets for the big socialist agenda. It is fucking insane. The illusion is that Cap and Trade will help the environment somehow; the reality is that it does next to nothing for the environment and it’s only purpose is to feed millions, billions of revenue dollars into Bama’s greedy mitts. But we’re just going to import our oil anyway, from India, from China, where-the-fuck-ever. And no Cap and Trade on them, no, no, no. And they’ve got some great environmental policies over there, don’t they? It’s just another way to fill the White House coffers and murder American industries. Can’t do that to foreigners. He’s a great leader, the Messiah, singlehandedly demolishing American lives with wide, sweeping blows from his power-hungry arms. But maybe working is the old America. Maybe I don’t need a job anymore. Maybe I can just sit around the house and smoke crack and beat my wife and twelve kids like the Hispanics, blacks and white trash do—and rely on the federal government to maintain my existence.

Liberals are so eager to jettison traditional Americana in favor of whatever seems progressive and enlightened to them—and that “whatever” is, increasingly, putting minorities on a pedestal and shaming white America into paralysis. Holding onto the old ways, maintaining your character and identity, is conservative—it’s racist!—and we can’t have conservatism and racism like that. Now, of course, here we’re built on the premise of the melting pot. But most of it is still traditional European-descended white culture, although that landscape appears to be shifting fast.

We’re under siege. We allow in millions of illegal immigrants—don’t call ‘em aliens fer gawd’s sake—and then the liberals are demanding we give them all citizenship. Past administrations all down the line shoulder the blame for allowing them to remain entrenched. We’ve got centuries of future debt to pay off and can barely support ourselves, if we can at all. But we keep letting them in. And we make no move to kick their asses out. They broke the law but hey, that’s okay. Then they need to bring their families in, and so on. And their gay life partners. Huh? Then Hispanics and blacks are purposely filling their homes with ten children to simply bolster their numbers and horde additional government funds. It’s a soft invasion. At the same time, we’ve made minorities untouchable in society. It’s to the point where you cannot criticize anything about them, race-related or not. You cannot not give them a job over a white person of equal or better qualifications, and you must break your back accommodating them. White people are scared to death because their every word can be—and often is—construed as a racist remark. You can twist anything to mean anything. And no one dares oppose it. It’s like the fucking McCarthy communist witch hunt, only with race. Are you now or have you ever uttered a racist remark?

So conservative white America is relegated to watching helplessly as liberal white America gives our country away, joins ranks with the soft invasion, gives our culture away, gives our past and future away. It was White European America that made this country the world power it is today. The people who are inheriting this land, the Hispanics and the blacks, are a different kind of people, with different philosophies and work ethics. But then, conservative white American ain’t what it once was, either. We’ve let our values rust and whither—have not maintained and defended them—and have let liberals scare us into silence, all the while being rapidly eclipsed by a 15% Hispanic and a 12% black minority. Maybe we deserve to die. Maybe that’s the nature of a melting pot. Maybe our turn is over.

I can accept natural selection, but this soft invasion we seem powerless to combat is difficult, especially when so many white Americans seem so eager to burn it all down. It’s why I say they hate America, because all they care about is changing, changing, changing everything, erasing our “shameful” past and marginalizing the white man to a dark prologue in U.S. history.

But I can’t talk about being white and preserving traditional white American culture, because that is always interpreted as racism. It boggles me. Every minority and sub-faction in society is allowed to display pride in their culture, their race, their past and present and future. But what if there were a WET (White Entertainment Television) or a White History Month or a videogame called The White College Football Xperience, etc? Blatant racism. But the reverse is pride. It’s the shit we have to eat.

Obama’s liberal army is pushing for homosexuality to be a mainstream, accepted state of existence. It follows suit with hearts bleeding for the rights of terrorists and illegal aliens. Homosexuality is a perversion, an abomination, an unnatural repugnance whose very concept makes me physically ill. The more states that legalize same-sex marriage, the further society is going to deteriorate, to poison itself, to self-implode. For I believe the glue and moral center of society is—or was—the family. As the family goes, so goes society. And yeah, there is very little of that moral center still intact these days. Family—both as a concept and as a literal thing—is a dying breed in the United States. The liberals will tell you it’s bullshit, that an insane circus nightmare society with gay triad marriages, atheism, pervasive government control, crippling taxation, open borders and an “anything goes” sign on the front door is the adhesive of a healthy living environment. What I see is devastating; the darkness and evil permeating the American family is demoralizing and upsetting to a painful degree. No one cares about maintaining marriages or about creating decent people with children. Instead, they breed monstrosities and unleash them unto the world. What they care about is themselves and nothing further. Complete self-absorption and self-righteousness, and if there is ever a problem with there vile brood is the fault of someone—anyone—else. Schools, TV and movies, videogames, you name it. If you’re attending to your own needs and whims, whatever wreckage you’ve strewn about in your wake is inconsequential. Homosexuality itself further defiles the concept of family, its very existence mocking what I feel is the quintessential societal element that is currently disintegrating from apathy and mishandling and poisoning, that being a healthy, strong nuclear family. Do we now have to call ourselves in “opposite-sex” marriages because of these people? Do we now have to have our five-year-old children subjected to the gay penguins teaching them about the virtues of homosexuality in school? It is fucking insane to me that this is where we’re going, where we’re actually at. But the Left loves the homophobe term, and if you don’t love you some gay America, then you’re one redneck, racist homophobe. Well, I’m not “scared” of homosexuality or those who practice it. Hey you, you there, gay dude, come here. You see this? This is not fear. This is me wanting you to shut the fuck up. This is me not caring if you’re gay, but abhorring you for trying to deprave the culture, for force-feeding us what you’re selling. I got no problem with you being as gay as you want to be. Gay it up. But do you need to demand the rights that normal people have to marriage? No. You have no fucking rights because what you are is wrong. You’re sick, a venomous pestilence spreading like an airborne pathogen. And yet we’ve become so twisted that if a public figure declares they believe in traditional marriage, they’re brutally assaulted from all angles. What? When did we slip into the Twilight Zone DVD again? Do you need your own month to declare pride in your gayness, cultivating righteous anger, marching in the streets, waving signs and shouting slogans? Do you need a media circus every time a gay social event transpires or homosexuality is revealed in some form of celebrity? Let me tell you something: Fuck you. And what will you call me? Homophobe? Homophobia ascribes a fear of homosexuals and homosexuality. But I’ve got no fear of you. And I have no interest in you or the things you do. But you cannot go about your life like a normal person, can you? You have to make your life a circus, have to shove it in my face, push it down my throat, drown me in it until the loathing in me is saturated to the heart and bones. It’s not fear. It’s revulsion at your perversion and incredulous fury at the growing acceptance of it and its negative causal effect on the wreckage of real American values. And you want to what? Bolster your numbers by trying to brainwash 5 year old kids into your virulent, diseased cult of perversion? Fuck you, man. Just fuck you. The concept is criminal.

The worst thing you can be in America today is a white heterosexual male. If the Liberal Left has its way, future America will be a contaminated abomination of non-working gay minorities and gay Spanish-speaking illegal immigrants living on handouts from Obama’s socialist hand. If that’s America’s future, then my country is dead. The heterosexual white male who believes in personal liberties and self-reliance has no place in his own home anymore.

These are the end of days. Is that a religious reference? Maybe so. If I’ve found myself something here, found a meaning to live for that’s larger than my own existnece, the voice that’s speaking to me is coming from the right and the far right. The elite liberal atheists curl their noses up in smug superiority at conservative religious folks, as if their atheism someone makes them more intelligent, more enlightened. Sometimes you can only discover who you are by discovering who you are not. I have never been a religious person, but who I’ve found myself at 40 far to the right. There is no moral center in this country anymore, and there is little good. We are awash in darkness and evil, despair and apathy, and if I’ve found a higher purpose in defending my life again The Messiah, I suspect there is an even higher purpose beyond that. It is my goal to defend my America and become a defender of all that is good and decent. I already do that, but I’m hoping to do it in the future with more purpose and authority. I’m going to attempt to learn something about religion, become involved just as I did in the past months with politics, and find out where I belong, if anywhere.

How did the U.S.A. become so mighty and so all-powerful in such a short time, historically speaking? When I see the way we're falling, I wonder how much longer we'll last, or if we've already gone over the tipping point. Is it likely we're a country and people that will have burned with a blinding, divine, transcendent brightness for a tragically short time in the pages of history, and then burned out over night, having sunk into mediocrity and meaninglessness. Is it also likely that our time of burning is now coming to a fast demise? The end of The United States of America and the beginning of something else, something is different and far more ordinary. The end of everything I am and we ever were.

On a personal note once again, there is a good chance I will lose everything I have. Cap and Trade will force us into bankruptcy and likely make us homeless. The Messiah is waging a jihad against the industry in which I work and I have little doubt that he’ll put us under. In that case, I will indeed lose everything, including my home, my ability to support a family, be a father and a husband. I guess that’s how his brand of socialism will work then. Take everything away from me and force me to breast feed on the nipple of Washington D.C. just to exist. A nation of helpless, do-nothing leeches, the government controlling each breath we take.

Barack Hussein Obama—The Messiah—is, in no uncertain terms, the angel of the apocalypse. He’s the devil, evil personified. If we don’t stop him soon—mobilize with our hearts, minds and votes, reestablish conservatism and the values that form the fabric of real America—our history and future will burn in his red, red flames. He’s already shattered my life. Millions more are next. Tens of millions. Hundreds of millions.

I am not engaging in any back-and-forth debate with the members of the Blind Guardian forum on this. You have world views that cannot be reconciled with mine. It’s apples and oranges and goes nowhere. My misfortune, the disintegration of my life and my family, is a positive thing for you. I've heard it all before. Will you not tell me I deserve everything I get for being American, for being a capitalist, for working in the energy industry, for living in the coal belt, for...whatever...breathing so much? You see, we are nothing if not enemies. I look across this computer screen over a barbed wire fence at you. What you want to see out of America is what’s best for you, and that’s a humbled, bleeding American on its knees, people like me feeding their families in soup kitchens, living on the streets. Well, it’s happening thanks to The Messiah, and that’s a cause of celebration for you. I don’t take it personally. Your hatred of the United States and the American lifestyle is axiomatic, it is manifest, it is what defines and unites you as a people. And the few dismal, faux Americans on this forum I don’t consider real Americans at all. They’re part of the American-hating liberal left, hungry and seething to burn everything down and rebuild it in the image of Obama’s socialism. A Messiah-run bank will soon be selling off my home and everything in it when we enter bankruptcy court—yeah, even this computer I’m typing on now. Funny, huh? Have a laugh on me. Have a beer, but that’ll have to be on you because my pockets are turned out. Enjoy your lives. Bask in the glowing embers of what used to be the greatest nation on the planet. You’ve won. I’ve lost.

Without having read (yet?) the whole thread, I give a very summarized view from the outside: whatever is going on within the borders, I think it's quite safe to say that once Bush went away and Obama came in, nearly all criticism about the USA has disappeared from the world.... proving what I knew to be all along, that there weren't "anti-american" people, but "anti-Bush" people.

i personally like the whole "find ronald reagan's body, revive him a-la frankenstein and elect him president once again."

but yes Obama sucks. he is puting the states down the tubes and it's starting to look like it's deliberate. but it needed to happen. the people won't have incentive to re-evaluate the valuse of freedom without the egregious acts of a tyrant king occuring right in front of them. there will be blood and lots of it. so be it the world is overpopulated anyway.

Sooo... 4 months of an Obama Presidency and he put the country down the tubes? It wasn't 8 years of Bush turning a 1.3 trillion dollar surplus that Clinton handed to him into a 3 1/2 trillion dollar deficit? It wasn't 20 years of trading with China? It wasn't 25 years of the banks being run like shit? It was 4 months of Obama?

Heh... Fox News. I'm gonna dig up that news article where they blame the ills of society on Mass Effect, even after finally admitting they and their "expert guests" on the subject never even played the game. Or how about this... the South Carolina Governor that disappeared and cheated on his wife with another woma... Fox had this on their news: http://images2.dailykos.com/images/user ... anford.jpg Thing is, the guy is a Republican, not a Democrat like they have stated there. He's one of at least two (I think three) Republicans in the last year caught cheating on their wives, and all of them tried in the past to get Clinton impeached when Clinton got a blowjob in the White House.

The Republican party is over in the U.S., and thankfully so. They can barely pull out 50% of the vote in national or local elections (Come on Norm Coleman, Al Franken won, give it up already), and with the change in demographics, and the minority population that is growing, the right will win fewer and fewer elections as time goes on since most minorities vote overwhelmingly Democratic.

As for Obama "running the country into the ground" due to stimulus plans and bailouts, McCain said he too would have done this if elected. After he said he wouldn't. And I think before that he said he would one more time. This economic shit started back decades ago, back when Margret Thatcher and Reagan got together and Reaganomics trickle-down bullshit came into play. Gas was 4 and a half bucks last year under President Bush's watch... all this shit was in play when Obama strolled on into the White House. Is he doing the right thing? Hell, I don't know. I can't see into the future. I know something had to be done, though. I said it once and I'll say it again... Clinton handed George Bush over a trillion dollar surplus... Bush started an illegal war based on at least misinformation to maybe outright lies, and then he spent money like water "to keep us safe" for almost a decade. The kids ran up the credit card, now the adults have to take over for a while and pay the bills. It's going to hurt, but it'll get better. Take a look at the early 70's if you don't believe me. I'll tell you one thing though, it's nice to have a President who doesn't come on the TV twice a week and tell us the terrorists are going to kill our children and us. I've never heard that from Obama. It's also nice to see our President visit other countries and see people waving the U.S. flag instead of burning it.

I never said that. bush was a tyrant, clinton was a wuss without a cigar in his hand, and obama is the most transparent liar i have ever seen. the reason i bash on obama is that he has done the very things for which bush was condemned, and the mob loves him for it.

tell me, do you know ANYTHING about economics? what about history?
have you any idea why Bush Sr. increased taxes after saying he wouldn't? it was because Reagan's exonomic policies worked so well and so fast that the economy needed to be curbed, lest the inflation monster rear its ugly head. it's calld fiscal policy. it was Reaganomics, tempered by the bush tax increase, combined with the sudden pervasion of the internet that resulted in the kickassery that was the 90's.

the reason that the republican party is dying is that the republicans are turning into democrats.
and look at this. no liberal in the 20th century has gotten us out of a major recession. hitler got us out of the depression. carter got us into the recession of the 70's and it was reagan's economic policies that got us out of that one. the economy boomed and it took a combination of clinton and bush's dumbassery that got us into this mess.

Your views are very right-wing oriented. And some facts you site don't make sense. The early 70's were the worst economically with highest unemployment, gas shortages and brown outs all over the country. Carter was not President during these times.

What I'm saying is, the American public has thought the end was here many MANY times throughout our history. We've ALWAYS pulled out of it.

Also, I'm glad you said Hitler got us out of the depression... it goes with what a lot of Republicans believe today.... war equals money.

I don't think any US president can really be blamed for the current economic crisis, to be honest. If anyone's guilty, it's the bankers: they have let people live on borrowed money too much, without guarantee of payback, and sooner or later this bubble has to burst. This happened in the Great Depression, and it's happening again now. Not just in the US, but everywhere in the world, because bankers all over the world have been doing this. Simple as that.

And that's where president's faults comes in. Who should supervise bankers is the federal central bank of each country, which is responsability of the president.
Now, one problem is also the investment funds. They are not regulated by the State (which is changing now with Obama), which allows them to do what you just said: let people live on borrowed money too much.

I find it amusing to see people complain about how an empire that exploited almost every other country for decades and become so powerful as a consequence turn into a socialist democracy which in the long run will benefit everyone.

Yeah, your anger and confusion is understandable. But just for once, don't take your anger out on those "smelly, ignorant, illegal immigrants".

You better bid farewell to the old empire and try to accept some change for once. Give it time. Not 4 months. Maybe things will turn out good for you, too.

You'd make a very good troll, if you weren't serious (as I think you are). That Bush Sr. line had me on the floor laughing. If you researched it, instead of watching FOX, you'd know that Sr. raised taxes because we were going into a recession (Banks failing, bailouts, sound familiar? Guess Bush Jr. didn't learn from Reagan's mistake, because the same thing happened again after the same kinds of policies.), and the deficit was so huge that the government needed more funds. Finally, after 8 years of Clinton, we got a surplus. Which Bush Jr. wasted no time in blowing. And guess where we are again? Another recession, only worse. Why? Voodoo economics (as Bush Sr. called it). Trickle down has never worked, and it never will. It's illogical. The rich get more money and become richer from hoarding it, and the poor stay poor. It's nothing more than an excuse to maintain the enormous class separation.

Anyway, good post. I can always use a chuckle.

I think that's what Obama is doing. It's what he thinks about America. He hates it as much as Iran and North Korea and the members of this forum do.

tell me, do you know ANYTHING about economics? what about history?
have you any idea why Bush Sr. increased taxes after saying he wouldn't? it was because Reagan's exonomic policies worked so well and so fast that the economy needed to be curbed, lest the inflation monster rear its ugly head. it's calld fiscal policy. it was Reaganomics, tempered by the bush tax increase, combined with the sudden pervasion of the internet that resulted in the kickassery that was the 90's.

the reason that the republican party is dying is that the republicans are turning into democrats.
and look at this. no liberal in the 20th century has gotten us out of a major recession. hitler got us out of the depression. carter got us into the recession of the 70's and it was reagan's economic policies that got us out of that one. the economy boomed and it took a combination of clinton and bush's dumbassery that got us into this mess.

I don't watch fox news, as it's mostly bullshit with a side of tabloid nonsense. This I got from several economics textbooks and i have researched it and every chronology of the american economy I have ever seen has showed a late 80's-early 90's high point.

as for the trickle down effect, for how many poor people have you worked? none, i should think. the rich are the only ones who can afford to invest in anything substancial enough to create jobs.
beyond that "the rich get richer from hording it" is a financial impossibility. if one hoards one's money, it depreciates in value because of inflation. in order to make money one MUST invest it. in most cases, such investments create jobs.
it is socialism, not capitalism, that cannot work in nations as culturally diverse as the states.

now. as for the War=Money=Good view. BULLSHIT! true there is money to be made for some people, but no longer can a war get us out of a recession. the reason that it did so during WWII is that there WERE factories wherein citizens were employed. however, we are no longer a manufacturing nation. consequently. war can do no good economically in modern america. but this point is merely a silver lineing. war is a travisty, reguardless of any economic by-products.

This thread makes my brain hurt.

As someone that voted for Obama, there are things he's done that I am happy with, and things I am disappointed with. Overall, he was a much, MUCH better choice than what the Republicans brought to the table. I would have preferred Nader over Obama, but he didnt stand a chance obviously. I think both major parties suck overall and the 2 party system needs to be thrown in the trash.

So...Premier Obama aligns with Marxist dictators on Honduras? Since Obama's already doing things he has no authority to be doing, why not just decide he wants to remain in power indefinitely too? Nobody is stopping him. The president of the United States is firing chief executive officers of automotive companies. The United States government owns Chrysler and General Motors and gave a majority stake of Chrysler to the United Auto Workers. He's illegally creating overseeing czars. The president of the United States wants to determine how much everybody in this country can earn. He'll soon own and run everything related to healthcare, energy and finance. He wants to tax us into submission, until we're all on our knees begging him to let us take a breath. Why give up that power after only eight years?

Yes, every tax he has on the table, if passed, would raise a normal working man's total taxes from 36% to 39%. Fucking commie!

you know ,mule? you sound like exactly the sort of man who would stand to gain a plenty from a socialist welfare exonomy and yet you speak up for exactly the people who have been keeping you in a state of modern-day slavery for all these years, basking in your consumerism-enduced financial debts.

grow up. or move to china, they're pretty damn capitalistical over there.

I would propose to judge presidents by the political events of their era and the economical events of the next era.

Obama is one Senate vote away from ruining my life. I hope the evil, traitorous motherfucker dies. Me, I’d rather die for the country I know and the person I am than live in Obama’s New Amerika.

no, "growing up" means realising that there are many ways of attaining your Life, Liberty and Happiness, and that those are subjective terms to begin with.

"growing up" means realising that there are other people in the world but "you", and that there are far more of them than there is a "you".

"growing up" means realising that what you feel now; the fear, the anger, the personal hatred towards the very man who is now the face of your nation are exactly the kinds of feelings the majority (yes majority, america being a democracy, according to polls) of voting US citizens have been feeling towards bush these past 8 years.

"growing up" means realising that things don't always go your way, and that sometimes daddy needs to give your brother a candy and you a smack on the wrist.

in other words, stop acting like a 7 year old and spouting cheap-ass propaganda material.

I'm tired, so just a couple of things.

1) Try getting new textbooks, the ones you are reading are wrong. Ever heard of Black Monday (of 1987)? Try researching it.
2) Investing does no good if there is no one on the other end buying what the business offers. And the rich are not the biggest buyers of the common commodities that fuel our economy, it's people in the middle class mainly who buy a lot. Our economy only works if there are people at both ends of the spectrum, buying and investing. The rich have enough money to invest without upward wealth redistribution (tax cuts for the rich really are just reverse socialism), so what is needed is more buying power amongst the middle and lower class. I have to say though, there's something a bit wrong with an economic system that does best when people throw away their money on useless consumer goods. :?

Is it funny, or at least a bit ironic, that Damien's new Surgeon General is a fatass? She's fatter than I am.

Damien Obama: "I want to ensure that no one -- no one -- falls through the cracks as we improve our health care system."

I guess Dr. Benjamin will be starting with herself on the whole healthy thing.

U.S. President Barry Obama wrote:"...there is a long history in this country of African Americans and Latinos, uh, being stopped by law enforcement disproportionately."
Maybe that's because there's a long history in this country of African Americans and Latinos, uh, committing a disproportionate amount of crimes in many areas?
U.S. President Barry Obama wrote:"I don't know the facts...but the cops up there "acted stupidly" in Cambridge."
It doesn't matter what "the facts" are in any case, if a minority is arrested then it's wrong...or "stupid" as Obama says. Bill Cosby's got my back on this one.

It's all about race and revenge with The Messiah, and that's unfortunate for all of us.

I really don't get it. Bush introduced near total surveillance, suspected everyone of being a terrorist, got thousands of people killed in a meaningless war, brought your country from surplus into the highest debt it has ever had, played cowboy while New Orleans drowned, unburdened the rich while burdening the poor, fought liberty, science and all that is good in man with every last ounce of strength he had, all the while thumping that book of monstrosities as the one truth and motivation behind his actions and you never shouted, never spoke up, never so much as grimaced as he took away your rights and liberties in plain sight. But the moment a dark skinned intellectual wants to introduce environmental protection and public health care, you go foaming like rapid.
