i also wonder why it's all coloured people who see this leprechaun. is it a black neighborhood? is it something in the water? can someone give a background on that area or city?

it could be a black-irish community, one of them did say that he has a leprechaun flute which was passed down from his great great grandfather who is irish, from thousands of years ago.

to me he seemed like the most sane person there, from all the people shown (maybe other than the lady who was talking about her crackhead theory)
