Gold for BG

#1 Post by Traveller in Time » 27 Mar 2013 21:48

Just want you to know (some news are better than none) ;)
Blind Guardian gained Gold for selling more than 25.000 units of "Imaginations Through The Looking Glass" DVD.
The award was handed to the band in the EMI headquarter in Cologne yesterday.

I do celebrate it with watching it again, Cheers! :)
Sorry about my bad english, but the good one is on vacation!

They really suck at making commercials. Hansi even has to read the title. I guess they had to do this in all sudden ;)

Holy crap yeah. They needed to SPEAK UP. I could barely hear what Marcus was saying :(

Hey guys, havent been here for awhile but I have a question, didnt wanna open up a new topic for it, but does anybody know if there ever are/were discussions of releasing an extended Imaginations through the looking glass? Or is there a place to download/view the other songs? I just recently found out myself that a lot more songs were played in Coburg 2003 and also the Stuttgart and Wacken 2001 shows were recorded entirely (source: http://www.lordsofmetal.nl/nl/interviews/view/id/298) , looking at those setlists, they could easily add an extra dvd, I wonder if something like that might happen someday.
Id rather have a new dvd with a new show but it seems they are not that much into dvd's but a remastered dvd with a bouns disc or something would be so cool.

I do know you can get ITtLG in A Traveler's Guide to Space and Time in CD MP3 (song without video) format. Blind Guardian has recorded many of their concerts even the ones from their last tour. They have mention that they will someday have another live video, but it's just a matter of when.
