Re: Hammerfall

You should take it chronologically, I think, as the 2 first albums, Glory to the Brave and Legacy of Kings are considered the best, then the band has been judged to decline. Personally I liked the first 5 albums, which if I remember correct are: Glory to the Brave Legacy of Kings Renegade Crimson Th...

Re: Rhapsody (of Fire) split in two

Actually, I think the deal is that Luca doesn't want a new keyboard player in the band. He will play guitar together with Dominique Leurquin, something we got a taste of on the two previous albums of Rhapsody, where there were more parts with guitar only and no or little keyboards. I think they did ...

Re: Shepherd: Plastic (please comment on my new song)

I think I will second Innerdream: clean vocals would better fit the music.

Re: Under Silence: Introducing my band

This was really enjoyable. Reminds very much of Blind Guardian and Savage Circus though, with maybe a touch of Rebellion (Grave Digger spin-off) when it comes to vocals on the first song, and more self-contained vocals on the second song. webzine review: worth to bother sending physical disc?

Hi, my band has just recorded it's first demo (www.facebook.com/dreamslain if you would like to check it out), and I have been looking for places to get it reviewed to get good advice what to focus on improving. Now, we've printed 100 copies, and we're sending them to physical magazines for demo rev...
