Old ATTWS is far more epic than the new one. I've not yet gathered money to buy the CD and I don't dare listening to the album on youtube and won't download for philosophic reasons, but from what I've managed to stumble upon... I have yet to hear a re- somethingdone song from that album that I'd li...

I don't think Oliver is touring with BG on regular basis. The guy looked... a decade younger than Oliver, give or take a few years.
Otherwise agree, superb concert.

Yeah, well, I'm all new into BG too, having first found them last fall. I listened to all of the studio albums and Forgotten Tales chronologically. What you could add on your interpretation is that the whole story is viewed (or narrated) through the eyes of Maglor I believe (that's who The Minstrel is), the greatest bard of Noldor as wikipedia says. I read that in some interview. Well... given how the point of "I" or "We" jumps from one song t...

I'm surprised how positive reception this guy gets, imo his technique is not very developed. He just uses power (which he has) but nothing resonates or comes out as dynamic as on Hansi's version. I'd like to hear teoguardian's opinion also about his covers. He started singing like... two years ago?...
