Painted fantasy covers are great, as long as they are actually connected to and reflect the mood of the songs on the album (something the AtEOT cover doesn't really do, and that magenta sky behind the logo! Yuck... The illustrations inside the booklet are great though!). One thing that would be cool...

Definitely would be very cool. :D Although my initial guess has been that they're rerecording ATTWS with an orchestra to use it as a single "B-side" or bonus track for the Orchestral Album. Could be that as well.

A tie between ANATO and NiME for me, with ATEOT and SFB tied for the second place. ATITM and IFTOS in a third place (since they're albums I listen to much less than the others). This is the closest I can come to ranking the albums, they're that great. :D

It's about Nietzsche denying the existence of afterlife, so both "side" and "world" make sense.
I prefer "side" though, since it's somewhat more ambiguous and open to interpretation.

I love Christopher Lee's narration on Dark Avenger even more than Orson Welles' (and that was a great piece of narration in itself), and the music playing in it's background is superb, when it comes to the rest of the song though, the original is definitely better.

It's an understated album where most of the songs require the listener to be in a certain mood to fully appreciate them, unlike an album like ATEOT where most of the songs "sweep" you actually need to really listen to ATITM songs to get into them (moreso even than ANATO songs). It is, however, worth...

I love the very heavy recording of Valhalla from the live outtakes, where Hansi's singing is borderline death metal growl. And yes, practically every song from "Battalions" to "Tales" is much better live.
